All of the agents are very helpful with all your needs, they follow up with you in case there’s any issues going on making sure you are covered for everything needed. I own a small business and agent Mei, has helped me a lot to settle an issue we had with company we work with.

We use Victory Agency for commercial lines and manager Mei Che has been incredibly helpful. We were able to secure our general liability coverage at a reasonable price and all of the details were handled professionally. Plus, we got everything done quickly. I highly recommend the agency and agent Mei if you are looking for business coverage. Very easy to work with and five stars all the way.

We've had a great experience using Victory Agency for all of our Commercial and Personal Insurance needs for close to 15 years now. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate how Esmeralda always goes above and beyond when we are in need of assistance! She is committed, knowledgeable, honest, keeps us up to date on the best policies for our needs and patiently takes the time to explain anything that we don't understand thoroughly. I was recently assisted by Ester and had a very positive experience, she was very helpful and kind.
