Great customer service!

Recently purchased a home and was looking for homeowner’s insurance. After contacting a dozen or so agencies/companies, I came across Victory by accident. The rates are reasonable for us, and we ended up moving both auto and home to them. We did this, however, not just because of the rates (we actually ended up paying slightly more by moving auto but have better coverage), but because of the personal attention we received from Lily Ho there. She was extremely patient and gracious, and it was one of the better insurance experiences that I’ve had. She put up with my numerous questions and different quote option requests and responded in a very timely manner. I’d recommend giving them a chance to fulfill your insurance needs.
